Changing Hair Color In Photoshop (CS5)

7 easy steps!
Step 1: Open the image you wish to use in Photoshop (CS5).

Step 2: Create a new layer by clicking the "New Layer" icon (Or go to "Layer > New Layer").

Step 3: Set the blending mode to "Soft Light"

Step 4: Select the brush tool. Select a soft brush and make sure the settings are as follows:

• Hardness = 0%
• Opacity = 50%
• Flow = 100%

Step 5: Click the color pallete and select color of choice. (In the above example, i chose pink) Click "Okay"

Step 6: Now simply click and start painting the area (hair in this situation) you wish to change.

Step 7: Clean up any accidental spots using the eraser tool with the same settings as the paint brush.
