Today I had the long overdue pleasure of meeting my cousin Laila.  She was baptized today and I had the pleasure of not only meeting her for the first time, but photographing her baptism.  This is my favorite picture from today, it is Laila and my Aunt Mary (her grandmother) playing with her new doll.

Hi my name is Ashley.  I am currently a junior at WCU majoring in communication studies.  The theme of my blog is photography since it is a strong interest of mine and hopefully something I will use in a future career.  I chose to title my blog "Flash" because it has to do with photography and also happens to be a nickname of mine.
